Remote Support

Good day My name is Lebogang Mosetlho, I am currently employed as a Tier 2 Technician and my contracting is ending today, 30th August 2021 at IP Dimension in performing IT support duties, which include walk-in and remote support. On a daily, I ensure we meet SLA targets, engage third-party companies to perform outsourced duties, and update all tickets and the database of all the hardware we offer to onsite users but mostly remote support. Having previously worked as an onsite engineer. My strong points include remote support, desktop support, resource management, customer service, conflict resolution, applications support, and SLA management skills.
