I. REFUND POLICY

We will refund you back in the following circumstances:
1. We are required to refund as per the provision of law;
2. If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud;
3. If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;
4. If we conclude that refunding the money may result at the end of dispute;
5. If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time;
6. If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff.


II. HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND?

Our refund policies are simple. You can claim a refund by:

If for any reason, our back-office staff give confirmation of refund. Then, a refund will be made accordingly.


III. UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any order is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and https://oziconnect.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.


IV. METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

Credit/Debit Card – Your refund will go back to the same card you purchased.
PayPal – This will be debited into your PayPal account straight away.
Bank Transfer – You will be contacted to provide your bank account details


V. REFUND CYCLE:

The complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
