Throughout my entire career, I have demonstrated consistent success applying aptitudes as a leader and pioneer to achieve high-reaching standards. 8+ years of experience in graphically presenting the design works in form of 3D stills and animation using different software’s and tools where required on an individual level, 8 years of experience with a proven track record reviewing shop drawing, preparing clarification sketches, and coordinating with construction managers, High comfort level in advising clients specifically equity investors or construction lenders on risks (design quality, constructability, completion schedule and costs), When conducting site visits, I am able to consistently avoid unnecessary costs by spotting general compliance issues with as-built conditions with the contract drawings and specifications, Capability to handle the project from scratch till turning over the key to the client, including site measurements, site surveys, client dealing, 2D AutoCAD detailed drawings, 3D Visualization, and animations, electing and selecting the vendor for specific tasks during construction and labor handling.
