Creating detailed business plans and sales strategies to reach predetermined goals and quotas • Perform market research, data mining, and business intelligence • Evaluate transaction performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements • Provide business analysis support to projects and/or initiatives by facilitating discussions to capture the business needs and translate them into change requirements. • Coordinate teams, assign territory and locations to meet weekly and monthly sales target • Lead Associate team to drive sales across Nigeria • Participate in brainstorming and client meetings, researching and assisting with program development for existing clients and new prospects • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and to upscale other organization product • Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. • Collaborate on product strategy and roadmap
